a time for warriors w/ mischa

Cultivate your warrior spirit, with inspiration from Virabhadra and Hanuman. We’ll learn about the origins and legends of these two divine beings, then dive into the asana their stories inspired: Virabhadrasana (warrior poses), Hanumanasana (front split) and Anjaneyasana (lunging poses).

This five-part series is eligible for 5 hours of Yoga Alliance continuing education credit.
